Hi ! My name is Nichole & I am a licensed esthetician serving the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California. I specialize in full customized and luxurious facial treatments and Brazilian waxing. This is your safe place 🩷 Policies RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Anything within that timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit + a 30% fee of service charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable but can roll over to a rescheduled appointment as long as it is before the 24 hour timeframe AND within the same month. A new deposit will be required if cancelled. No call no shows will lose their deposit + be charged a 50% of service fee. GRACE PERIOD There is an 8 minute grace period. If you are not in the studio ready to receive your service by the 8 minute mark there is a high chance I will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation as this can run into the following reservations. With that, it would be considered a last minute cancellation and a 30% fee will be charged to the card on file + the loss of your deposit. Running late happens, things happen, if I can accommodate you I will try my best but please know it is NOT a guarantee.
